1. The product

Page Monitor – Keyword Alerts ("Page Monitor", "the extension") is a browser extension developed and operated by DENG MING, an independent developer ("we", "us"). The extension auto-refreshes pages you choose in your browser and alerts you when a keyword you specify appears or disappears on those pages. It is distributed through the Chrome Web Store.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the extension for your own purposes, in accordance with these terms and the Chrome Web Store's terms. The Free version is provided at no charge. Paid features ("Pro"), when offered, are licensed — not sold — as a one-time purchase per the plan description on the pricing section of this site.

3. Payments

Pro purchases, when available, are processed by Creem, which acts as the merchant of record for those transactions. Your payment contract for a Pro purchase is with Creem, and Creem's buyer terms apply to the transaction in addition to these terms. Prices are shown on this site and at checkout before you pay.

4. Acceptable use

You agree to use the extension responsibly, including: (a) only monitoring pages you are entitled to access; (b) respecting the terms of the websites you monitor; (c) not using the extension to overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to any website or service — the extension enforces a minimum refresh interval of 10 seconds for this reason; and (d) not using it for any unlawful purpose. The extension is a monitoring and reminder tool; it does not purchase, book, or reserve anything on your behalf.

5. Availability and changes

The extension runs locally in your browser and depends on your browser and the websites you monitor, which we do not control. We may update, change, or discontinue features; if a change materially reduces a paid feature you have purchased, the Refund Policy applies.

6. Warranty and liability

The extension is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Alerts depend on page content and browser behaviour; we do not guarantee that any particular page change will be detected at any particular time, and the extension must not be relied on as the sole means of noticing time-critical information. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from the extension or a Pro purchase is limited to the amount you paid for Pro (or USD 10 if you use only the Free version).

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; the current version will always be published on this page with its date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
