The Free version of Page Monitor costs nothing, so no refunds arise from it.

Pro is a one-time purchase processed by Creem, our merchant of record. Pro is not on sale yet; this policy takes effect when Pro sales begin.

30-day refund. If Pro does not work for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase for a full refund — no detailed explanation required.
Broken features. If a paid feature stops working and we cannot fix it within a reasonable time, you are entitled to a full refund regardless of when you purchased.
How to request. Email duesue@gmail.com from the address used at checkout, Refunds are issued through Creem to your original payment method; processing time depends on your payment provider.
Statutory rights. Nothing in this policy limits any refund or withdrawal rights you have under applicable consumer law (for example, EU/UK digital-content rules).
